Growing up in an Italian family in the South, I learned at an early age that delicious, healthy food is an essential ingredient to a good life.
As a child, I watched my mom and “nonnie” prepare culinary masterpieces from scratch. Over time, I was able to pick up many tips and tricks from helping them in the kitchen, so the culinary industry was a natural fit when I became old enough to start thinking about my career.
Working in the restaurant industry from the age of 16, I was trained at the University of Tennessee Culinary Institute, and have since worked in both fine dining and casual American restaurants. It wasn’t until I switched to catering and later moved from Tennessee to the Phoenix area, however, that I decided to go in business for myself as a private chef.
My broad experience, Southern upbringing and strong Italian influence have all come together to enable me to hone my culinary skills and my own personal cooking style. Since 2014, I have brought classic and gourmet dishes to dinner parties around the Valley through this business, as well as my other venture, Privato. I was also named the #1 private chef in Phoenix by Thumbtack based on client reviews and have been featured on the Destination Channel, BuzzFeed and other luxury publications.
As of 2026, I split my time between Phoenix, Arizona and Southwest Colorado and now offer select private dining engagements in Telluride, Durango and surrounding areas.
